The service for selecting candidates for the position of head of a physical culture and sports organization "Sport-Basqarжu" (hereinafter – the Service) is designed for organizing and conducting a competition for the position of first heads of state physical culture and sports organizations in accordance with the Joint Order of the Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 3, 2025 No. 171 and the acting Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 3, 2025 No. 264

Access to the Service is granted to

Authorized body
The central executive body in the field of physical culture and sports, the executive bodies of regions, cities of national significance and the capital, funded from the local budget, are automatically granted access based on the BIN included in the electronic digital signature of the legal entity
Competition participants
(individuals) Upon registration and signing of the User Agreement on the e-Qazyna.kz state property registry web portal using an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan.
Access to the Service is provided by the joint-stock company "Information and Accounting Center", which has been designated as the sole operator in the field of state property accounting in accordance with Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011 No. 802.
